Not reliable, not responsive, I do not recommend this facility. My dog had a reservation for the first time visiting and didnt have his evaluation done until over 24 hours later because they were “too busy” so he didn’t get to have any playtime.

Hey Ms. Breaux, Thank you for the feedback. I did see that the staff tried to evaluate Drake several times, but he was just too nervous and was very resistant to any interaction with our staff. We at Petsuites strive for excellence in all that we do and with that it is our job to make sure the dog is comfortable with the staff prior to doing an evaluation. Awful experience. They didn’t have my appointment for grooming which I made at their call center. The manager had several clients and he seemed totally overwhelmed. Dog pee all over the floor in the lobby. My dogs grooming was horrible. This was when they first opened, maybe they got their protocol together.
We were supposed to board our pups back in May, had the reservation booked and everything, went to the grand opening only for them to tell us (a week before our trip) that they can’t board yet. Didn’t receive a phone call before, oh well. Decided to give another chance and had one of my dogs boarded this weekend. After my husband dropped him off, he told me they would call or text me and let me know how his evaluation for daycare went. I even called to make sure they had my number correct. Our experience here was awful. Absolutely awful. We dropped our baby off at 7am for a “first come, first serve” appointment on Thursday, and they told us he’d be ready between 12 and 1pm. We left full instructions with the front desk on how we wanted our puppy groomed. At 10:30am, I got a phone call asking me every detail on what we wanted done, as though nothing at all had been communicated.
