Our five dogs love PetSuites!! They were well taken care of while they were there. They were spoiled by the staff. It’s a relief to know I can go somewhere and my fur babies will be pampered. They always enjoy going for grooming or playtime.

My dog absolutely loves this place. It gives me great comfort knowing he is in a fun, safe environment when boarded, and the staff is wonderful.

Every time I come here. The front desk associates are rude, and dismissive. I’ve been bringing my dog here for two years ONLY because our vet is right next door. I scheduled online, as I have before and was told immediately, we can’t do that. No questions to anyone. So I paid for a $40 bath

I had great experiences with Pet Suites for about a year, but recently I’ve found that my dog is nowhere to be seen on the daycare cameras. Sometimes, dogs are separated from the group in kennels for hours at a time. $30 for daycare group-play is a high price to pay when you can’t be sure that your dog is even playing. Also, while spending time watching the cameras, I noticed that the staff tends to sit on their phones rather than interacting with the dogs. The push was the staff stopping that dog from biting another dog's ear. However, the phone usage was noted and we have already taken steps to prevent phone use in the yards. My daughter booked an appointment for her puppy Jax to get groomed and when I picked him up he only had a bath done and still didn’t smell fresh. I paid before they brought Jax out so I didn’t notice he was not groomed until after I paid. I called my daughter and showed her what he looked like and she called them only to be told she signed him for a bath. Which she does herself. The place is great. As a matter of fact I boarded one of my cats twice in this place. I placed a boarding reservations last night for my two cats. However, today I received a message stating that the vaccination records I uploaded are "ALL" expired. I sent again the same vaccination certificates saying they're not expired. Then I received a response saying that the FHV-FCV record of one cat is expired. I responded saying FHV-FCV is not required for succeeding annual vaccination. Unprofessional staff who messed up our reservation more than once while we were out of town, despite multiple confirmations by phone and text of the day of pick up.
