This place is horrible. Picked my dog up and went to lift him into my truck and his whole underbelly was wet with piss. They just leave them in piss and shit the entire stay. The health department needs to go check them out.

Lack of communication for essential information regarding booking.

I am sorry; updated vaccinations not only keep your dog safe, but Keep the rest of the dogs safe. The pets safety is our first priority. SInce, Major has stayed with us prior and the employee that made your reservation told you we needed the updated records; we thought the vaccinations were up to date.

Very disappointed in lack of communication. Was told good to come for daycare, have a text, and got there and was denied. Put me in a bind; won’t be back

Hey Mr. Firmin, I am so sorry for the inconvenience but we do require updated vaccinations and bordetella is a very important one. We have to ensure the safety of your pet as well as the other pets in the facility. Your pet was good on vaccines until 12/9 and then Duke would need his updated vaccine. I do apologize for any confusion.

There is do much confusion regarding prices snd what you actually get- I think they make it up as they go. We won’t be using them again- very disappointed in their professionalism.

We had scheduled a month in advance with a deposit to board our dog the week of Thanksgiving. Note: she has stayed there in the past with no problems!!!! My son arrived to drop her off, she was scared and laid on the floor not wanting to move, there was no aggression!!! PetSuites refused to take her back to the boarding area because they said she didn’t want to be there. My son had a flight to catch to meet his family for Thanksgiving, which he missed!!! I really wanted to like PetSuites. I understand that staffing shortages are causing problems all over, and PetSuites is no exception. I dropped off my three fur babies for 5 days and 4 nights. Trusting PetSuites to give my dogs the best, paying for the suite room and Gold package. Getting photos of them was wonderful, until I noticed they left food bowls in the room, two of bowls were plastic (we provided food bowls, special slow feeder bowls and one metal). Thankfully my dog doesn’t take medicine that is life or death. My boy stayed 2 nights and 3 days. He went with his medicine and instructions. He came home with the same pills and instructions. Makes me worry did he get to eat?

Not the best customer service in serious situations

We are very transparent with our pet parents, which is why we had provided the puppy report cards every visit to your husband when he picked up. We do take our transparency very seriously and we are sorry that did not translate that way to you, which is why we comped the visit for you.
