the staff are so friendly and professional! we took our three big boys for an overnight stay and were well informed throughout the weekend. there was initial confusion about the terms of a promotion for first time guests but it was quickly solved. one of our pups did not do well in group play so they transitioned him to individual play without a hiccup. we will not hesitate to use petsuites in the future. thank you for taking such good care of our boys- they’re exhausted!
They are the best smelling and most reasonably priced dog daycare I have been to. The staff is VERY friendly and inviting, after the first day I took my pups I was hooked. I used to go to Bayside Pet Resort but they increased their prices and I had to look elsewhere and I'm glad I did.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We do over night stays and Brutus loves it. He gets puppy play time to learn from other pets.
As the hesitant dog mom I am, I researched several places before deciding to go with PetSuites. I am very glad I did. After a few mishaps over the phone, I went in and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and greeted me upon entry. The actual building itself is beautiful and very open (a large window so you can see in the back as well).
