Picked up our dog Torrey yesterday and when we got home and looked in her bag, we realized She was not feed on Saturday, June 10. We have called and left numerous messages without having our calls returned.

I come every Sunday to the soccer fields in the back of this place. EVERY single time I’m here I can hear how the people that take care of the dogs outside yell at them with such a mean voice. Yes the dogs are going to be barking when they are outside playing but there is no need to yell at them they way they do!

Our new 8 month old 5 lb. Multipoo had poop all in her back side they forgot to feed her two of her meals and her feet were soaking wet when we picked her up. Personally I think the place is better suited for large dogs they have a large play area for them.

My dog came back with dried poop on her and both dogs have had diarrhea even though we packed their usual food. Customer service also needs adjustment. When there is a lobby full of people and dogs barking, women in office may want to come out and address customers. They were a lot better when they opened but now they are taking their success for granted.

I generally don’t write negative reviews however, this is warranted! My 2 dogs who have never been in doggy day care were completely neglected. They were too nervous to be in group play which is perfectly fine. I was told if that was the scenario that they would be in a room together and taken out for individual play and potty breaks, also perfectly fine. Better communication and better care for our pets. I picked up my dog with throw up on her bed. She has a urine infection that was never told to me. I never received a report card. Who knows if they really took her out. Waited at least 10 minutes to be help and was told everyone else thought they were helping me.
