RecommendedMy golden doodle Guinness just got a full groom yesterday by Baylee! She is amazing! She took the time to talk to me about how I wanted him cut and sent me pictures and updates throughout the day while he was there. He was pampered and given tons of attention and looks absolutely amazing. All the staff are super friendly and outgoing and they definitely take great care of the dogs! We will be back for daycare and grooming in the future.
I've just had the absolute best experience with their Training services! Shannon is the most thorough, attentive, patient, communicative, dog-whisperer trainer you could ever hope for! My pup received such customized-to-her-needs training, and I received VERY detailed emails with pictures and videos every day. The best thing too is that all of the rest of the wonderful staff get tips from the trainer, to use in the DayCare play yards. I'm so glad I found this place!
Marlee loves these folks (and so do I)! Daycare and boarding are outstanding.
This place is amazing! Such a wonderful and friendly staff. We just took our dogs here for the first time this weekend and they were very well taken care of. It was a very clean place with lots of things for the dogs to do! We will continue to bring our babies here and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to keep their pets!

My yorkie Lily stayed wirh Pet Suites Airport Chatlotte for the very first time this weekend. I was a nervous mom but they replied promptly to every text and sent me puctures. The staff was very friendly and when we picked Lily up today she didnt seem to want to leave!! She wanted to walk back to her play group. She will be staying again this coming weekend. She came home happy and tired. She put herself to bed.
I’m so grateful that I found this place! Amazing staff. My shepherd has bad anxiety and doesn’t too much like people. He’s been to PetSmart’s daycare and done nothing he came home more energetic than ever. But today he went for day play and he’s sleeping like a baby now. I’m so happy! They’ve given him treats and before he left today he was able to get a bath! He smells like a man with nice expensive cologne and got a deshed treatment. I couldn’t be more happier. It's clean, the staff are great, and my dogs love it there. I know not everyone has exactly the same experience, but the negative reviews are quite a surprise to me. Shoot, I'd stay at this place!

Toured the facility and it didn't smell like dogs at all. It was really clean. My dogs had so much fun during day care. She played in the pool and they told me she made lots of new friends. She slept great that night. It's true that a tired dog is a good dog.

I’ve been taking my Australian Shepherd here for almost 5 months for daycare and he loves it and I do too! The people their have become like family and they always love on my sweet pup!
