My friends are not on Facebook so this post is on their behalf. After making the decision to entrust their beautiful new addition to the care of this facility, they managed to not feed the poor fellow for the entire duration of his stay, totaling 11 hours. They were provided with prepackaged portions of food with labels and failed to feed a growing puppy. The upside is that they offered a credit for them to come back and starve their dog again. They politely declined.

I boarded my Shih Tzu for 1 day and requested additional playtime and potty walks as an add-on to the $36 daily rate. I noticed after picking up my dog , she was struggling to go to the bathroom due to something was matted to her tail and bottom area. I called Pet Suites furious and was told by a staff member that they would help with the Vet bill if there was an issue. I had a bad experience the last time i took my pups here, but I thought I’d try again. It was worse this time. Apparently my dogs had a bath but neither smelled like shampoo and their fur felt dirty when i pet than. They also don’t give reports on how you dog did or they don’t send texts or pictures unless you pay for that service. So basically this is not a pet friendly environment, it is a money making scam. I was planning to take mines furrr babies to this place but a friend of mine took her dog there and when she picked up few days later, she noticed her dog very sad, she took her dog to the vet and they found out dog got a contiguous virus 🙄😭 making dog coughs. Now, the dog was healthy and now isn’t. Taking antibiotics and praying it’ll be ok. My friend is really disappointed with this place. 🤷♀️🙄
Very disappointed on the Breed restrictions that are not listed anywhere for the Group Play. Not even an Evaluation or even meet our dog. No such thing as bad dogs just bad parents. Only boarding place that we visited that had this in place and we went to 3 other places before deciding.

I was very disappointed with my dogs visit to this facility. When I toured the facility the young lady was friendly and helpful. It is clean and a cute place to take your pups for a vacation. Although, when I dropped my dogs off I was nervous and anxious and was trying to make conversation with the girls that checked them in. They were not helpful nor friendly.
