I highly recommend this facility as a one-stop-shop to all my needs like Doggie Day Care, Grooming and Training. Kirstin, the trainer, has done an amazing job with my foster pup Daisy. Kirsten has brought her up and out of an uncontrollable state using her tools, techniques and individual one-on-one training sessions. PetSuites Cypress - my first impression it was very clean upon entry and throughout the facility , clean and open to view, play areas are spacious with pool area. The staff is very friendly and caring they are a 5 star staff, attentive and knowledgeable my Rocky get super excited when he enters the door. Ms. Keonna is awesome along with ALL the staff, Ms. Randi grooms my Rocky to perfection she awesome. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with Petsuites in Cypress. My new rescue pup Toby is about 1 years old and he is confined most of the day while I work. A friend recommended day camp at Petsuites for Toby so I gave it a try. The first day is an evaluation day to see how he socialized with the other guests. Not only is this first day free of charge, but they groomed him at the end of the day also free of charge! I have been debating posting this review for months. But here it goes…. We have boarded my dog a small Pomeranian at this location for many many years. Attending doggie day care and all. Ever really had an issue other than being over charged one time which was reimbursed and my dog getting a horrible haircut. Literally no fur left. But I always felt she was safe there and always paid for the most expensive room…the suite. Well March 11, 2023 my fiancé dropped of our dog to be boarded from that Saturday-Friday.
