I have been debating posting this review for months. But here it goes…. We have boarded my dog a small Pomeranian at this location for many many years. Attending doggie day care and all. Ever really had an issue other than being over charged one time which was reimbursed and my dog getting a horrible haircut. Literally no fur left. I dropped off my dog at 6:50/7 for his 7am appointment. We have had issues in the past where we don’t get a call and our dog is left in a crate for hours before we call asking what is going on, so after waiting about 2 hours and a half after his appointment time I call to check in and they tell me he is ready. I drive to the location only to find that my dog is sitting in the turf and has yet to be touched. It has now been about three hours since he was supposed to have his appointment.
