I dropped off my dog at 6:50/7 for his 7am appointment. We have had issues in the past where we don’t get a call and our dog is left in a crate for hours before we call asking what is going on, so after waiting about 2 hours and a half after his appointment time I call to check in and they tell me he is ready. I drive to the location only to find that my dog is sitting in the turf and has yet to be touched. It has now been about three hours since he was supposed to have his appointment. I left my dog there because he couldn't go on the family vacation , 8 days. He came home with a cold coughing and lethargic, that was 06/12. Today he is much, much better but I can tell he has been hit or something because he is fearful of people getting close. Please watch your staff carefully
