We have used Pet Suites in OH and in KY with our pet Scarlett (GSD 1 yr old). Unfortunately our last visit in the Erlanger KY Pet Suites set us over the edge to no return. My husband and I left our pet there over night as we were getting Married and had my brother pick him up in the morning. Upon pickup Scarlett came out limping and my brother was told it happened the day before. Once we got wind of the news we made a phone call to the facility to get more details where we were basically called liers. They told us it happene... read more
