Poor service on wash and nails done some cut some not as for a call never received one will not be returning here

Our first visit will definitely be our last. Price was double what we were quoted. How can you charge for almost a nights stay on the pickup day? We were never told about and when asked they just said sorry. Even when i said we would never be back the staff just looked at me. There was no apology no offer to make it right. I was told that the app doesn’t show all the fees. Bait and switch much? Needless to say we won’t be recommending this place. Our most recent boarding with Petsuites will be our last. The staff is rude, the prices have almost doubled and our dog contracted kennel cough while at their facility.

We are longtime customers and my dogs love Petsuites. That said, the exponential raise in rates this year is forcing me to look for other options. It’s now almost double the cost it was before, and eliminating the early pickup policy does not help. I picked up my dogs before 8 am and was charged $30 for the day! I trust the care and appreciate the staff very much, but you’re pricing many of your customers out. There’s no way I can board there for a vacation. They don’t tell you the truth on price they was trying to charge me more than should they fixed it after explaining to them for the 4th time. It was my dogs first time there they didn’t offer a tour just was a weird first visit. Just wasn’t a great first visit.

We booked for our dogs to stay there in June while we are on vacation. We used them June of last year. This year 2 days prior to us leaving I am told they cannot accept my dogs vaccinations because they were self administered, except the Rabies vaccination that was done by the vet. I explained to they lady one the phone we did the same exact thing last year and had 0 issues and she could pull the files. She said this policy has been in affect for the past 2 years. We decided to board our dog here for the 4days for the first time bc our regular boarding location was booked. We did a tour and actually really liked the size of the cages, which are bigger than our usual boarding location, so that was a plus. But one night downside was no picture of video updates unless you pay $30 extra per day with the gold package. When I called to check on him, they said he was fine. My dog came home malnourished and skittish. Had me very worried about how they treated him during his weekend stay, well my question was answered when the girl Kacie was very rude during my pick up. I don’t know what’s going on there, but they most definitely aren’t doing their best. Spend your money elsewhere, for your pet’s sake. Very rude & very bad experience.

We have typically had nothing but positive experiences with PetSuites. However, today I left slightly upset. I contacted PetSuites earlier in the day to get a price for full day daycare with the 25% discount and I was told my total would be $41.90. I then asked the employee to go ahead and charge my card since my husband and I would be picking our pets up at different times and I didn’t want there to be confusion at pick up.
