This facility has lost a customer. They texted me at 1:57 pm today saying they were closing at 2:00. I had planned to pick up my dog at 4:00 today and no one informed me of this early closing when I dropped my dog off the day before. My requested pickup time of 4:00 had also been approved when I booked the reservation. We were on our way home to pick her up as scheduled and they won’t let me get her for another two days now. Staff will treat dogs nice in front of the owners. Different story in the playpens. They will scruff your dogs hard enough to hurt them if they dont respond fast enough for the staff if they even do
