We took our Maltese for grooming and ask for a teddy / puppy cut when I picked up my dog he was shaved still dirty smelled bad eyes not cleaned . It will take me six months to get him to look good again. He smelled so bad I could not stand him in the car on way home. Valerie was the groomer. I am not sure why she shaved him and what exactly she did but grooming was not it this was a get wet shave put under dryer done no styling at all a three year old could have done this . My 4 month old puppy was injured at Puppy Preschool at PetSuites. TWO staff members met me at my car at pickup to let me know about the injury. They both stressed that if she had to see a vet for the injury, all I needed to do was let them know and the bills would be covered. That lasted for two vet visits. Now we are facing costly surgery to repair an injury that occurred while in their care. An injury that has limited her quality of life significantly. She cannot run and play with this leg injury. I brought my 4 cats to the PetSuites to stay, and for one night, this cost me close to $300. The prices on the website are not accurate. They are misleading. I was told, "Ya we are working on this." This doesn't do me any good. The website leads you to believe that the first cat is $44 for the gold package and the second is 30% off of that. All said and done, how did I go from 44 plus 44 plus 31 plus 31 (150). That must mean that they had almost $150 in food costs? Hmmm. My cats were so traumatized by the whole new e... read more

So today We took my dog max a Pekingese and chihuahua mix he weighs 10 pounds up there to get groomed and bathed. After explaining to the staff that he has seizures and is aggressive , I get a call saying I need to come get my dog because he is to much to handle. After the staff telling me he will be just fine and making me feel great about all this. Not to mention that I had to take the day off to do all this. Walked in and the guy who seemed to be manager was super rude. No one on staff said a word and they didn’t seem to know where any of the dogs were. Just didn’t seem well organized? Wasn’t worth sticking around to see more.
