Yikes. Can’t even update me when I ask. Items aren’t returned upon pickup. No friendly staff lately. Front desk has no interpersonal skills and always makes me feel weird. Dog has left injured with no explanation. Just.. yikes.

I can never speak highly enough about this facility or the staff. I have always adored them and so has my dog. However, the day play packages with expiration dates is unacceptable. My dog has been going to Petsuites faithfully for almost 3.5 years. I have spent thousands of dollars on packages for him to attend. Up until recently I have had issues using my package by the expiration date. I work in Indiana and stay there through the week. My home is in IL. No communication whatsoever I’m always getting canceled they are rude and keep the dogs for 10 hours plus just for a grooming and not friendly at all The employees has no communication between them and it makes it difficult for the client to end the dogs we had no way I’ll be coming back
Cooper has never been so happy being watched by people other than my family

I NEVER leave reviews. I am writing this so no family will have to go through what we have. We left our two dogs for boarding while we were away on spring break. I received a call from someone telling me that it wasn’t an emergency but they needed permission to take one of our dogs to the vet. They had stopped the bleeding (what?*) and thought he should be checked out. Not wanting a huge unnecessary vet bill - I asked for them to send me a picture of the wound.
