I dropped my two cats off at PetSuites on October 29th. From the beginning there were issues with the rate. I literally had to pull up the website and force them to honor what they advertise. They kept trying to force me to add play time for an additional fee, per cat, per day. I refused to add the play time, bc their website did not match what they were trying to force me to pay. Person at the front desk by the name of Sky, who Amazon has listed as the person who signed for the bed, lied to me, passed on misinformation, was very dismissive, checked in a bed I had mailed from Amazon and then told a different version each time I called 1. bed was not there 2. A picture would be taken of the bed and texted to me and I never received any response for 2 days 3. It must have come in the evening. Good job except I wasn’t told prior that my price for baby wud go up bc of a package. I didn’t know about a package for her. I’d like clear communication next time please. I don’t like being quoted one price then pay another price upon getting my dogs. Thanks

Yikes. Can’t even update me when I ask. Items aren’t returned upon pickup. No friendly staff lately. Front desk has no interpersonal skills and always makes me feel weird. Dog has left injured with no explanation. Just.. yikes.

I can never speak highly enough about this facility or the staff. I have always adored them and so has my dog. However, the day play packages with expiration dates is unacceptable. My dog has been going to Petsuites faithfully for almost 3.5 years. I have spent thousands of dollars on packages for him to attend. Up until recently I have had issues using my package by the expiration date. I work in Indiana and stay there through the week. My home is in IL. No communication whatsoever I’m always getting canceled they are rude and keep the dogs for 10 hours plus just for a grooming and not friendly at all The employees has no communication between them and it makes it difficult for the client to end the dogs we had no way I’ll be coming back
