After giving instructions for our cat for one day, they forgot to feed him. Totally unacceptable! I will never take a pet to this place again.

I NEVER leave reviews. I am writing this so no family will have to go through what we have. We left our two dogs for boarding while we were away on spring break. I received a call from someone telling me that it wasn’t an emergency but they needed permission to take one of our dogs to the vet. They had stopped the bleeding (what?*) and thought he should be checked out. Not wanting a huge unnecessary vet bill - I asked for them to send me a picture of the wound.
