I’ve been coming to pet suits for over 7 years . This location knows nothing about dogs . And is like dog jail. If you want your dog locked up in a kennel with only pee breaks after being promised free play with other dogs and to not get that is Rediculous . Esp for a Siberian husky who is sweet and playful with all. This place has changed. The day we brought our dog in allegedly there was a fight between mine and some other dog. The camera that would have recorded this fight hasn't been working. How do I know? I called on Friday and asked about said camera since I noticed it wasn't on. A young woman said they have been too busy to fix it and probably still won't have time to. What a coincidence. I wish I could give them zero stars! I gave them specific instructions on how to care for my dog…meals (comfort food I cooked for her), Trazadone for anxiety, she doesn’t get along with men, and she needs to be outside with other dogs. They didn’t give her the medicine so her anxiety was high because she was in a new place and she had trauma from the pound. It was at this point they chose to assess her for group play. I really love this place but they have one very large man he may be Samoan who overly drenches the dogs with a hose or water bottle. It’s been extremely excessive at times and I’ve seen my dog on camera trying to run from him. Everyone else is nice this one guy just doesn’t seem to have the patience needed for the job. My dog is drenched when I pick him up and I’ll be told he was in the pool even though I just witnessed the man spraying them with a hose. Besides him I love it. This was the very first time I’ve boarded by dog because I was going out of the country. I left my dog for 1 week. Since I’ve picked her up, she came home with a stomach virus. She was pooping Everywhere. Also, she came home with kennel cough which she has never had in her life. Since July, when I’ve boarded her, I been to the veterinary over 9 times, and I’ve spent tons of money trying to get her back to good health. She will never be boarded again… Especially not at pet suites

Afrika goes to petsuites Lawrenceville every Wednesday & Saturday and he loves it. Jamie O is awesome and does an excellent job caring for my baby. Moreover, she has a lively & happy personality and is an excellent communicator. She is definitely one of your best employees.

I love taking my babies Cairo and Shaggy there. They’ve been going for a little over a month now. My babies enjoy getting up early just to go to PetSuites. I will say that I was nervous because of past experiences especially with my Cairo, but the staff at PetSuites have made me feel less anxiety. Although, I don’t know everyone’s name, all of the staff that I have come into contact with have been phenomenal. They always have high energy, professional, and they just love on my babies. I became of aware of the facility based on a 3rd party Pet immunization co. that comes to site. Attempted to follow-up with starting my pet at the facility & was given the run around, poor customer service with long wait times.

The staff needs to be trained better. Horrible customer service except for the Manager. Had our dogs there for 3 weeks and the miscommunication and costs for the services were incorrect. The excuse was the staff was new. Shouldn’t they be trained prior to taking customers? The little girls up front had attitude when I told them the communication was horrible.
