I would like to say that the morning staff is not friendly or welcoming. They rarely speak and the check in process seems to always defeat them. I can't understand why the process is not sign in and go. I have spent 10-15 minutes just for a check in and I was the only parent in the lobby, unacceptable. This is definitely a coaching moment for the morning staff, to understand how customer service, speed, and efficiency are important for the consumer and helps drive the day to day business.

I left my two dogs on Friday morning, everything went well. When we went to picked them up today morning we had a different experience, my oldest dog looked upset and disoriented. We asked for their beds and the lady told us that beds were in the laundry because was poop on it. Almost 12 years with our dogs and they NEVER had pooped on their beds (but we know accidents happen). They told us to pick up the beds at night, so right now my dogs have no bed! When they gave me our bag, there some things that wasn't ours and w... read more

Boarded my 13 week old puppy at pet suites for 10 days when traveling out of the country. After the 3rd or 4th day, I began to receive paw-gress report for someone else’s dog… a full grown Rottweiler looking dog… and received notice that my puppy was out of food. I packed my puppy 5 bags of fresh pet … one bag lasts 3days. When I called in… Brittany a worker whose been less than warm in my experience… characterized giving 13 weeks old puppy 4 cups of food a day and my receiving reports on some else’s dog as a miscommunicatio... read more

I have been taking my puppy to Puppy Preschool for the past month and booked ahead for each Wednesday. I took her today and had received an email yesterday saying she needed a long list of vaccinations. All of her vaccinations are up to date - I just forgot to bring in her latest list so I called the Lawrenceville Animal clinic to get her latest information. After I got that straightened out they told me I could not leave her to day because It was too late ( after 9:30 am). I was never told that I had to have her there by a ... read more

My first experience was in May/2022. $1500 for 3 dogs, 1 week. Within days my dog Sophie was coughing and throwing up, kennel coups. 2 trips to my vet , medication and several days of my family being upset. I called the kennel and they apologized and offered to pay for medical. Not necessary but appreciated so I gave another chance and reminded them when dropping my dogs again. Shame on me! Another $1400. And now my Jack is awful sick and going to the vet at 2:45! We will never go back.

I thought I would never have to write or say this, when we had our puppy for the first time at home and had to take him somewhere to take care of him, the first option was undoubtedly this "pet suits", without hesitation we took him several times and the We never really had a problem, we have to be clear that we took it so that it would only happen one day because everyone at home was busy and in the afternoon we would pick it up. A week ago my family and I decided to go on a trip out of the country for vacations and withou... read more
