Left my cat for an extended period! When I called to check on him everyone was so very courteous. They sent pictures several times. I would not hesitate to book again. I was impressed with the cleanliness and care they provided❤️

Cocoa normally has anxiety when boarding, she licks her paws and it causes a raw circle. I boarded cocoa with pet suites for 9 days and she didn’t show not one sign she had a bad time! Her tail was wagging before she even saw me in the lobby waiting for her and to me that’s a great sign. One thing I was concerned about which could be normal, cocoa was extremely exhausted when she got in the car I could tell she was very sleepy and tired. PetSuites in Murphy took excellent care of my two dogs-Frodo and Heidi while I moved. They sent me updates and photos. It’s the nicest boarding place I have ever seen and I have had dogs for many years. Thank you for the great care.

Our lab, Banjo, loves Pet Suites. Before Pet Suites, we were going to another place in Richardson and Banjo would start shaking and getting really nervous when he knew we were taking him there. When he came home, he was always extremely thirsty, panting, and clingy. He was infested with fleas a few times and once had a bad cut in his eye. We made the switch to Pet Suites, and it has been the best decision! He loves the staff and jumps out of the truck with excitement when he has to be boarded.

We left our Pup for a day before we leave her for several days. The facility is clean and does not smell. The staff is very friendly and enjoy the animals. We look forward to leaving her while we are away from time to time.
