EDIT: Management did communicate with me and take actions to make amends. Staff changes and training have since occurred. Back in April, we were happy with our experience for our dog Frank. From start to finish, the experience was personable and friendly. Long story short- a few weeks ago I called to schedule a boarding weekend for my pup and while they put me on hold for 6 minutes I started reading the reviews. I ran across one that really caught my attention. PetSuites Roswell has actually been known around the area for purposely abusing animals!! I’ve read from so many people about young, healthy dogs being killed, tortured, and neglected (refusing to feed). Don’t get your pet groomed at pet suites in Roswell. What was the groomer thinking? Even if my dog had knots, why would you cut a tail like this and think it looks good ?

After trying to overcharge me by $120, they handed me my male dog’s bed and said, “SHE kinda chewed HER bed, but not too bad.” In reality HE had eaten half the padding completely out of the bed, which may be part of the reason they only fed him about half of the food we measured out and sent with him for the number of days he was there - but I doubt the bed padding was approved by the AAFCO. Remarkably, he still seems healthy, which, along with the fact that Facebook won’t let me give less, is the only reason I am giving one... read more

Very disappointed with the service at this boarding location. I took my dog last week for daycare and upon dropping her off also scheduled a reservation for boarding for that upcoming weekend. When I arrived Thursday night to begin boarding my pup, they did not have the reservation in the system. I then had to spend 25 minutes waiting and filling out new paperwork for the reservation. ****UPDATE**** Because of these bad reviews, plus another employee that has confirmed my statements on the Facebook review, they have started to BLOCK me to avoid the fact that THEY HAVE KILLED A DOG IN THEIR FACILITY, and a petcare supervisor (Angel) did not react fast enough on the first dog that died there when it refused to wake up one morning.
