The worst customer service I've ever received. I've only ever boarded at places that charge by the night and for a stay of less than 24 hours it was $80 for our 12 lb dog who was not groomed as they had agreed to do. The staff was unapologetic and completely dismissive when I asked if perhaps in light of the lack of grooming and my confusion over their policy I might not be charged $35 for the 2 hours past noon that she was there. I picked my pup up after 3 days of boarding- she had a wound about the size of a quarter- notified supervisor- was told looked like a skin irritation from cleaning solution they use. Took baby home and it ended up being the size of a 3"x3" area of bloody wound- took her to vet and he said it was def a reaction she had and ended up with $250 of vet bills due to cortisone inj, prednisone meds, and 10 days of antibiotics, and I have to clean area once a day until completely healed and she has to wear the cone of shame for 3-4 w... read more
