RecommendedI would recommend but the only bad experience I’ve had is their refund. They are great with the animals and are very friendly. I’ve only had to cancel one reservation with them and it was a complete nightmare. I had to file a claim with my bank and I got the money the next day since even after two weeks they couldn’t refund the money.

Highly recommend PetSuites! I was apprehensive boarding my Japanese Akita for the first time, but the staff answered my many questions, let me adjust my dates and most importantly, Inu was happy and well and still speaking to us upon pick up!

Took my new pup Kiki to spend the night there for one night and she had so much fun! They send me updates on her and pictures as well and I could tell she was happy. We will be coming back!

We did a tour of their facilities because we were not happy with the other boarding place we were using. During our tour, we quickly noticed how involved the staff is with the furry guests. They have an indoor and outdoor play area and different levels of rooms to pick from. While on vacation, I was able to reach out to check in how my dog was adjusting and always got an update and at times even a picture of him being a social butterfly in the yard. First time boarding my little puppy Enzo but Petsuites made the experience easier. They were professional, polite and quick to respond to texts. They sent a daily report and pictures. My pup really enjoyed his time. Petsuites really makes sure that everything is taken care of. My puppy had an accident that dirtied his blanket and a couple of toys. Petsuites made sure to wash and dry everything for us. Truly exceptional service!
