RecommendedWhen traveling, I always worry about my fur babies. The staff at PetSuites are absolutely wonderful! Stray and kitty always have a great time there and I can always call or text to check in on them (yes, I'm that crazy dog/cat mom) and they respond right away! I highly recommend boarding your animals here, whether it be a long or short trip. They will definitely be taken care of! Thank you to all the staff at PetSuites . Y'all are awesome!!

awesome customer service and my furbaby always happy when I drop her and pick her up from there. staff does excellent job and my baby is tired for at least 2 days.
We rescued him in May and he was in bad shape and didn’t want to socialize with other dogs but we didn’t want to leave him alone all day. We had to Board him one night so we figured this would let us know how he was with other dogs, he did great. We now got to doggy daycare boarding atleast twice a week. He had best friends, the ladies d we’dho work there are all fighting over him lol and he is exhausted after when he gets home! Not every time he sees his daycare bag come out the night before he gets excited!!!
Dropped my foster pup for a week and he came out of shell and had a blast. Wesley is a shy and anxious fella and took a few days to get used to his temp digs but once he did, he had a great time. Thanks to the entire staff for looking and loving him. We’ll definitely use PetSuites again.

I moved to San Antonio for college (meaning I’m here alone) and ended up adopting my fur baby Benzee. I’m not originally from here so going home to visit I always wondered how I’d manage to have him cared for while I’m away. I looked online and did “sitter shopping” for weeks, I finally decided on Pet Suites and I don’t regret it at all, it was the BEST decision I could’ve done for myself and Benzee. I had my cat here a couple nights while we were in the process of moving. I don’t like boarding my cat because it can be a little stressful for him and has been in the past. Boarding him at PetSuites was a different experience. He seemed much more calmer when I picked him up this time. The staff here is outstanding. I had nothing but exceptional service and will return in the future. Thank you PetSuites!
I wish I could give this place bonus stars for going above and beyond. We recently just boarded our 2 older dogs (13 years old & 11 years old) at this facility for the first time. When we dropped our dogs off our 11 year old dog was experiencing an arthritis flare up in her knee so she was already off to a tough start but they said they would be able to accommodate her without an issue (I was relieved).
