The staff at PHD is always pleasant and supportive. If you are having problems with your weight maintenance, they are willing to sit down with you and come up with a plan to support your journey. They become friends and you can always talk to them about any issues you have that are impacting your road to victory for you. The food tastes good and the products are well researched for you. I am a maintenance client supported by the Durango Team, but I’m located in Florida. I meet with them weekly and not only do I love the weekly motivation and support, but the ongoing encouragement and attention I get from them. PHD is the most amazing weight loss program, because it teaches you health, mental awareness, guided visualization and how to reach and maintain your “peak” healthy self!
