The lending process can be daunting, especially as a first time home buyer. It was very reassuring that Phil and his team always answered my questions thoroughly and quickly! (Trust me, there were a lot of them) His team made sure to keep me updated on the progress of all the documentation, explained what each step was doing, and made sure I was comfortable with everything as we proceeded through the process.
