Excellent customer service. Dr. Phillip did an excellent job with my daughter Platreece dental surgery. These guys are simply the best. Beautiful office and waiting area . Thank you for your service. Excellent nurse.
I am also stunned by the negative reviews. I have been to Dr. Iero several times over the past 4 years for oral surgery. I have never had a bad experience. Only once did I even have to wait for long - he is probably the most punctual of any of my health care providers. I agree with the other reviewers in that he seems genuinely concerned with his patients - he or someone from the office has called the next day to see if everything was OK each time. Excellent doc and staff. I dont know where negative comments come from except some folks you cant please if you 'hung 'em with a new rope'.i did notice they were 4yrs. Ago. Someone actually accused Dr. IERO of no passion. That guys got more passion in his little finger than most docs ive been to and ive been to many. He genuinely concerned with welfare of his patients as per offering to give half price break. Then they turn the deal down and expect to owe nothing for his time and I know the time he spends. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I'm very surprised to see the negative comments. I went to an oral surgeon recommended by my ortho for an implant, who took a 30 x-ray and was afraid to try the implant due to bone loss; I was a difficult case. My dentist recommended Dr. Iero who took my case. My implant failed twice. I was quite disappointed (because this is a long process), but that was no fault of Dr. Iero. so shocked to see all these negative comments! my experience with dr. iero was anything but "deceptive". my dentist referred my daughter to dr. ierofor her wisdom teeth extractions. she had a time constrait, but his staff was very accommodating . dr. iero was highly recommended but was out of our insurance network. his staff explained to me the difference between going in and out of network, we decide to visit anyway. the whole experience went well, i even got a phone call that same evening by dr. iero to check on my daughte... read more
Dr.Iero was awesome! He did my son's wisdom teeth extraction and it could not have gone better. He is an exceptional surgeon. All my son's friend's want to go to him now for their extractions.
Dr. Iero is a great dentist, unfortunately his staff can't be bothered for file insurance and wants cash up front with the promise to refund based on what insurance pays (While apparently deciding not to file with insurance since they already have the money.) Had a procedure several months ago and they never filed for my insurance. Messaged them and stopped by the office with no results other than telling me Rebecca was supposed to reach out. I had to have a tooth removed, and Dr. Iero suggested to carry out a full anesthesia which I declined to have. For such a benign extraction, a local desensitization was sufficient. Dr Iero did not accept easily, and his attitude towards me changed. He nevertheless did the tooth extraction has I required. Perfect job. I would however never give him my business again.
Deceptive office / billing staff. Was told insurance would cover 100% of consultation and x-rays. Out of service provider, so estimate for procedures was too high for us (+3k). Dr. offered to cut our fee in half and when we declined, we were billed for the free consultation and x-rays....above and beyond what our insurance had already paid them.
