When working with Dr. Iero and his office, you must realize that you must hound them, manage your own project, and YOU have to be proactive. They will do little to move your case forward. My wife paid over $600.00 out of pocket for the "in-depth" consultations with Dr. Iero for her facial surgery. It took months to get the office to do anything with the insurance company. Do not trust Dr. Iero or his staff. They are incompetent and liars. I was told what my co-pay was for removal of my wisdom teeth. I paid the amount I was told by the staff after my consultation and a month later I receive a letter demanding payment or else because they miscalculated the amount. And then after the procedure I received another letter demanding payment because they miscalculated amount again. And looking at the Bill Dr. Iero charged me for more than what he did. They claim that " Dr. Iero' s philosophy is to fulfill his patients desires of change in appearance, not to tell them what they should look like." However, if they are going to charge $120 for a consult......you really don't want to be paying for the priveldge of telling the doctor what you want....but rather hear an educated opinion and maybe learn something in the process. His staff was nice on the very surface but if you even slightly probe you will find they are dishonest people and I got the distinct impression they are... read more
