Doc was on time. Very friendly and informative he gave me several options including ones out of his office which was very impressive
The experience was exceptional. Not just Dr. Fathi, but everyone I had contact with. Got a call from Dr. Fathi the following day to see how I was doing. The surgery was painless and other than slight discomfort the next day I felt great. I wish all my medical experiences were as great as this one.
Dr. Fathi was awesome!! GREAT communication; very happy with the procedure and the entire office experience at the Tatum location! This is the best experience I've had at a medical office, and with a surgeon in a very long time!! I would also like to mention that Dr. Fathi personally called me to check up on things after my procedure....VERY cool !!!!
Very pleased with the procedures
I had a great experience at the Beatrice Keller Clinic in Peoria. My appointment was to have to have the MOHS surgery. I’d like to point out Zoe, Whitney and Dr. Fathi. I knew I was in good hands after meeting the three of them. Would like to add that Dr. Fathi and Whitney were excellent in what hey did with regard to the surgery.
Appointments with Dr. Fathi are always informative. I'm learning a lot about Beatrice Keller's long-term plan for my skin care.
Dr Fathi gave a thorough explanation of the procedure and options for best repairing surgery, recommending one of 2 that would be more cosmetically correct, which I chose. Sutures were removed today and results so far are excellent. He answered my questions completely. His nursing staff that assisted are all 5 stars too.
As a physician I can really appreciate a high quality office experience like the one I had with Dr. Fathi and his assistants. Would recommend him and this office without any reservations.
Friendly, patient staff, appreciated all the details and Dr was quick and thorough.
