Very efficient and professional surgeon and his assistant was ,also, very good. My only complaint is the office. When I came in, not real friendly. The post surgical instructions were not complete and were dated in 2016. Instructions failed to indicate how long to wait before taking a shower and getting the incision wet. I cannot believe that they did not correct this since 2016 (office problem and not the doctor’s problem). I went on youtube to find the answer and one of his office staff called me back to confirm.
Dr Fathi was great! I was extremely impressed with the Dr. and his staff the way they explained everything in detail. I’ve had other surgeries but this was the first time the Dr. called post op to check up on how I was. The whole experience was wonderful !
Exceptional experience. Very professional and explained all ascents of the procedure in detail. Was very concerned for my well being throughout the entire process. And the support staff was superb. Highly recommend him..
Very smooth and professional. Dr. Fathi friendly and caring. No pain, nurses very nice and answered all questions.
If one must have a procedure done, Dr. Fathi and his nurses and support staff are the ones you want. The efficiency, care and professionalism were all impressive, and the follow-up phone call the day after surgery was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Dr Fathi was great. He took the time to thoroughly explain his operative technique, post op expectations and instructions. He personally called me on post op day 1 to check on my status. I have had many surgeries and never have I received a call from the surgeon. Very impressed with him.
My whole experience from start to finish was amazing! My appointment was on time. Dr. Fathi and his staff were so professional, polite and caring. Each step of the process was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions. The spot was verified by me after marking to ensure they had the right spot. The day after my surgery a member of Dr. Fathi's staff called me to see how I was doing. I was very impressed with the whole experience with them and would not hesitate to use Dr. Fathi again.
