After hearing horror stories about credentialing firms from my colleagues, I was very skeptical about the services available out there. I had contacted local credentialing services but none were satisfying. Then I found PPS online and decided to give them a try. This company was doing our credentials and when it came to revalidation the domain user at their company no longer worked for the for PPS so the emails went unanswered and we lost our contract. The insurance only informed us that they would no longer be paying claims they said they send multiple emails to our domain user and they went unanswered. Now the company says sorry we cant help you. Seems that they would have a process in place when an employee leaves to still be able to help clients that paid for their services.
Do not recommend. Every aspect of the work completed was done incorrectly and had to be addressed afterward. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor — responses were delayed, unclear, or nonexistent. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMEND Our experience with this company’s credentialing department, specifically with a representative named Destinee has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is sporadic, with responses sometimes taking a week and often arriving in the middle of the night. In the meantime, important applications have sat incomplete, leading to preventable denials and significant delays in getting approved by insurance payers.
