After hearing horror stories about credentialing firms from my colleagues, I was very skeptical about the services available out there. Do not recommend. Every aspect of the work completed was done incorrectly and had to be addressed afterward. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor — responses were delayed, unclear, or nonexistent. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

DO NOT RECOMEND Our experience with this company’s credentialing department, specifically with a representative named Destinee has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is sporadic, with responses sometimes taking a week and often arriving in the middle of the night. In the meantime, important applications have sat incomplete, leading to preventable denials and significant delays in getting approved by insurance payers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!! WAITING OVER 8+ months on credentialing.
Has not been a good experience at all. We are out a lot of money for credentialing. I’m still not one. New company has been added. Communication is poor even when you lay out clear expectations. If you can find an alternative, that would be my only recommendation..
