I can't even begin to express how awful this credentialing company is. Customer service? Nonexistent. It’s impossible to get a response, and when you finally do, it’s either late or completely useless. It’s like they don’t care at all about their clients. We had Kristen initially and then Asia. Haven't heard from Asia in over 6 weeks. They somehow managed to put incorrect information into my credentialing paperwork, which caused delays and wasted even more of my time. Absolutely the single worst company on the planet earth. We paid full price, and attempted to work with them for 9 months. They are beyond awful. They only secured a few contracts, and never started work on the bigger, important ones. Each agent was more useless than the previous. Kim Evans, Lindsay Pauley, Marisa Martel, etc, all ghosted us on email. Refused to give a refund. Just dead silence. COMPLETELY USELSS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Truly horrible. I reached out ot PPS in October for credentialing. It's been 6 months and our practice is only in-network with one insurer. They have consistently dragged their feet in starting applications and ensuring that all requirements were complete. I've gone through the credentialing process several times before and it's never been as delayed. This was not the timeline we discussed. Highly recommend do not use.
I am giving Physician Practice Specialist one star because there is not an option for zero. I signed a contract with PPS the first week in October with the anticipation that the credentialing process could take several months however, the credentialing is taking longer than a reasonable number of months due to PPS's procrastination in submitting documents OR submitting applications with errors and incomplete documentation. Do not recommend this company, they were short staffed and could not handle our volume but didn't tell us until we were months in, then ghosted us when we were trying to talk to them about it. We had to re-do tons of applications after we took back over. Sent them the term letter and never heard a word from them.
Avoid them. They did not complete the credential even. Very unprofessional people. You will lose your time and money. I will be happy even remove that one star if I could on review.
I am in the credentialing process with this company for a long time so far and unfortunately I have the worst experience from the day one. Janelle Cutler is taking care of my file and is very unprofessional, unknowledgeable and literally doesn't know what she's doing. She made a lot of mistakes and has had so many errors in my credentialing process because of lack of knowledge and proper trainings.
