Had a migraine and after waiting on video for 20 minutes past my telemedicine appointment time, I called to see what was up. The receptionist told me she'd check and call back. She never called back. Then, when I tried to call back, they screened my calls. They answered when I used a different number, and after I was annoyed about this, they refused to speak with me further and would only talk to my husband. It seems like I was blown off by the doctors at this office. They do not listen to know about your body and just assume that what they do personally works for everyone else. I will not be back.
