Popped in here during a road trip when our daughter and a wasp gave each other an unwelcome surprise. Front desk staff were pleasant. The nursing assistant who took our daughter's blood pressure was very sweet, and the Nurse Practitioner who examined her was friendly and comforting. The facility was clean and efficient. After driving away, my wife realized she accidentally left the prescription and discharge summary on the counter, we circled back and one of the receptionists saw us and walked the paperwork out to the car.... read more
For a walk-walk-in clinic, I'm very pleased for how this visit went. I did not have a long wait, the staff was friendly and I was supplied with everything I needed and more. I scored some crutches ($40 savings) and left feeling like I had all my bases covered. My only negative was that the patient room smelled like an old smoker's lounge.
Unkind receptionist who tried to give me unwanted medical advice! Basically told me I needed to go back to my other care provider to speak to an NP about my medications bc they don't "know me" there.
Most unprofessional place I have ever been. Their website and phone recording says they do school physicals. We went in and were missing 3 immunizations but were told once we got those to come back. our pediatricians office closed August 1st without notice. we went to the health department, got the vaccines and went back to the same physicians care the following day. The usual. Not told up front with my cost would be, now they want me to download their stupid app, which would be out of date the next time that I show up, they screwed up my prescriptions, forcing me to take extra time off of work, snd beg somebody on the phone who doesn't even know me o to resend the prescription. And my bandage, in the middle of my back, fell off within the first 30 minutes after leaving. Hope I don't need it, I can't put it on myself Uncaring, incompetent
For at least 4 years I've been going here because my primary healthcare NP worked here. I've been having COVID-19 symptoms and went to get tested. I needed a rapid test so I can return to work. I've been tested here before for free, about 7 months ago. This time when I went to go they want $170 for a rapid test and $50 for a test that I would get my results back in two weeks. They said that was based on my insurance. So I called my insurance and nope that's not the case. My insurance offers free Covid testing. When I called ... read more
If I could give negative numbers I would. They are not professional, your time is not valued AT ALL. I was told I would receive a call back in a few minutes. After 2 hours I called. Terrible Terrible. I can't say it enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the worst walk-in clinic I've ever been to, and I will definitely never return nor recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a steady income, a lot of health insurance, or hundreds in cash. I don't quite understand why you have a phone number if your office never answers the phone, Every time I call no answer. Yes some people have crazy questions but other people have important questions before they come to your office to make sure that your tiny clinic can handle someone who is injured. Fair warning folks, they can't take care of broken bones. They'll x ray your injured limb, but they can't put you in a cast and treat you for broken bones.
