Went on Friday just for them to first say I couldn't see a dr because I owed $435 so i proceeded to call my insurance company for them to say no I don't owe them!!! Chandler at the front was no help and said sorry you do owe and you can not see a dr!! After all that being said lady from the back came up front and reviewed and said we will resubmit the bill it looks like you just owe us like $70. I have never had a more unprofessional medical office run in in my life... had to get a DOT physical, told to sign in and what clip board to do so on. A half hour goes by and I politely ask if they do appointments, I get a snippy "only walk in, no appointments." So I sat back down and waited my turn. After seeing multiple others that came in after me have their turn come I decided to inquire again. This time I asked what position in que I was. I arrived shortly after 10:30 this morning. At 12:15 it appeared that 3 people who'd arrived after me were getting called back before me. Not wanting to be "one of those people" who complain, I politely inquired about my wait. I was told that the other people may just be having their vitals taken. At 12:30, after another 2 people were called back, I again approached the desk. This time even the receptionist said, "patients who arrived long after" me were being called ahead of me. I have visited physicians care twice in a month in a half for a reoccurring problem. I was cultured the first visit then called a week later with my results. When I returned for another visit 3 weeks later they told me my results were still pending even though I had already been called with the results. I saw Trish Blasick the second visit and she cared more about talking about herself then my issue.
