Staff was kind and knowledgeable, very friendly. The doctor took his time looking at my daughter’s knee and asked her questions about what happened. An x-ray was done and after diagnosis, they gave her a really high quality knee brace, with an ice pack built in. Easy to remove to put in the freezer and reattach. She is already feeling better.
0, your staff was not as welcoming at greeting point. The worst was when I passed the nurse triage it seemed like they were having a cocktail & were bothered, I was there with a bad cough. They seemed to only care if i was a smoker. I informed the PA i had been exposed to sick kids. They did a nose swab for covid and strep, they were more concerned about it being a smokers cough, who told me everything was normal & could return to work after xray was clear! The receptionist up front Jeni was extremely helpful and very friendly. The pct Alyssa was quick to get me roomed and was very friendly. The provider Arnaud was knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to listen to my husband and made sure he received the care needed. I would absolutely go back. The staff is wonderful!
Meghan was very good & I left feeling like I received the best possible treatment from a very thoughtful & kind hearted individual.👍👍 ⚪Addendum⚪: Upon my second visit, I met with a young Jennifer Speers, an attractive nurse practitioner. And it was more of the same, the best possible treatment with thoughtfulness and kind-heartedness. 🤍
They opened up the office 10 minutes late on 3/8/25 then the line of people who came in were told they didn’t have a provider who could see patients at the facility. They said they can only do tele health visits. They should have just put up a sign and closed the office for the day. They told us that the E. State location had a provider. Once I arrived to that location I was told they didn’t have an MD on site that could help me and they wouldn’t have one for another 2 weeks.
