Made an appointment for 1:40 PM for a medical opinion on a leg laceration. Check in process was okay. Actually saw the PA at 2:40. Jennifer assessed the laceration, checked for knee ligament issues there were none, and provided excellent feedback. Told me to continue doing what I was doing and should be good in about 2 weeks.
great doctor and no wait. super communicative and kind people and felt like they really knew what they were doing
The staff is very friendly, courteous and attentive. I was visiting family and got a sinus infection. The nurse Basia was excellent. She asked me all the questions necessary to make an accurate diagnosis The doctor was thorough and prescribed an antibiotic. They called in the prescription immediately and before I got to the pharmacy it was ready for pick up. They are the best! I am happy to know if something happens during my next family visit I have some where I can trust for my medical needs
first of all the photo provided here isn't at all what this dump looks like. i am handicapped and use a walker. the front door is not ada compliant, which is why i wrote a complaint to joint commission, who will in turn fine them greatly for this offense. even the most horrible places in america have at minimum an automatic door for the handicapped. and this is supposed to be a place where they "care"! heck, no one even answers the phone! never! i wouldn't take my worst enemy here!
Made an appointment We get there no doctor today Wow they could do better and tell you that when you make an appointment Waste of time and driving for nothing
Took a pre employment physical a month ago and still trying to get completed. Poorly understaffed and for a place that's known for job physicals I would not recommend any employer send potential employees to this place. I get the run around every time I call. All over a medication that I've got a form for. But Everytime you need help it's another day. I'm on week 4 and still getting nowhere. I did finally get a lady that's trying to help me. She's the only one that's been willing to try to resolve a issue that's not that har... read more
Two nights ago, my youngest daughter went to this immediate care. They did not take her insurance card and run it like most places usually do. As a matter of fact they refused to do so. They had her download it on her phone. Then, they said she owed a $40 copay. My daughter, (and I), proceeded to tell them that with her insurance she has never, ever, had to pay a copay. They refused to see her without paying. So, I left a message for the owner, and I have yet to hear back from them. I truly think they are purposely ripping p... read more
Fiancé was running a fever, sore throat, with obvious signs of an ear infection. An oral thermometer consistently showed 100.5°F+. For whatever reason, this place still used the head scanner thermometers (which I've seen a thousand times read "97.6" on people with a readable fever using any other instrument). They then acknowledged that the ears appeared infected and sent her home with no prescription. You better believe they accepted the copay and then made her pay the copay AGAIN when she had to return the second time.
Checked in, no staff members wearing masks. Get told twenty to thirty to be seen. After 45 minutes asked how much longer because the wait screen is telling me it's going to be another 40. Turns out they never finished checking me in and I have been waiting for nothing. Get told I'll be next. Am I actually next? No, ha, that would be too easy. An hour and a half wait to pee in a cup with an appointment booked ahead of time. Not a fan of all the jesus crap strewn about the place either.
