This is an awful clinic, with rude uncaring staff. In the 3 times I've had to go out of necessity I was treated horribly. It's dirty and absolutely nobody masks or wear gloves for exams, including performing labs and cleaning up the exam rooms. Their computer system is always down. I was told to do my urine sample and given a regular cup with no lid and no patient sticker. She said "just cover the top with a paper towel". It's no surprise this place has low stars and poor reviews, staff is surprisingly rude for being in a business meant to help people. I was sitting in the parking lot and I watched them turn away a man for covid testing when the guy was told on the phone to come in. He was concerned for other people's well being after being exposed himself. Thank you for your comments, Steven. Our clinical teams are working very hard to accommodate all patients, both with COVID-19 testing and other illnesses and injuries. We do stop accepting patients when we are at our capacity for the day, whether because of limited test kits, the volume of walk-in patients, or recently we have had to close early due to the Illinois protests. The health and safety of our staff and patients remain our primary concern.
Will try to avoid this place unless absolutely necessary. Other than what I've all ready written about this place on my google review my pregnant fiance was recently bitten by a dog while at her work. We went to this immediate care and they prescribed her with absolutely nothing and did absolutely nothing because she was pregnant. I thought this didn't sound right so we went to the ER and the ER doctor assured us that there are antibiotics that are safe to take while pregnant that would also pevent the bite location from ge... read more

1 star only because my ears felt better. I went on August 9th and they charged me the $50 copay and they couldn't finish my appointment (impacted ear wax) so they told me to come back a few days later August 12th. I went back on the 12th thinking it was a follow up appointment meaning I would see the same people and wouldn't get charged. Every time I have had a "follow up" ANYWHERE ELSE I haven't been charged again and it was the same people. FALSE for this place.
