I would NOT come here. Service is horrible ! The staff ignores you when asking questions. They ONLY have nurse practitioners working here. I have never been here with an actual physician on staff. I had an appointment and an hour later I am still sitting in the room. The most gross part was the sticky gross table they have for patients to sit on.
I remember walking into immediate care coughing, chest tightening, and weak. I wasn’t receiving enough oxygen in my lungs. I was worried that I had some kind of influenza possibly Covid. My primary doctor’s office was closed on Sunday and the emergency room was not where I wanted to go . As soon as I completed the registration, I was streamlined to an examination room and triage. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant and down to earth. Very efficient and quickly got me seen without an appointment. Would go there again. Would recommend to family and friends. Also a good price on a TB test for my new job! Thank you. : )
Place is a whole joke. Went in for a work physical, no one in front of me. Was placed in what looks like a storage room that stinks. Walked out after waiting 90mins
Prior to heading to this urgent care on a weekday, I checked their website for the wait times and the clinic showed live updates as no wait. I live close by so once I went in, I was the first patient in line and was admitted into a room relatively shortly. However, I was in that room waiting almost two hours for the doctor to see me!
