This is my go to clinic, fast, efficient, the providers are knowledgeable and educating patients, They listen And genuinely helping you. The MA's are extremely polite, positive and patient with everybody both front desk and back, rooms are clean, smelling good, and they don't make you wait for ages.
Very friendly receptionist. Checked in quickly just in 10 minutes we got to see the doctor. The nurse was so kind and very good at translating.
They took me in 20 mins, and everyone was so so friendly. Had such a great experience. They were able to prescribe me antibiotics and I received them within 10 minutes. Will def be going back when I am not feeling well. So much better than the ER!!
Melissa and her team were great from the start. My dad slipped on ice and we went on for X-rays and staples to his head. Our visit was easy and quick.

I strongly advise the community to reconsider visiting Physicians Immediate Care. Had to give them 1 star otherwise my review wouldn't post. The staff failed to properly verify my insurance or explain whether my visit was covered, partially covered, or would result in an out-of-pocket balance. I am now facing an unexpected bill. When I contacted billing for help, they refused to verify my insurance. Another terrible experience ! Though after1st time in 2024 they would have a better docotor but no I was wrong brought my mother in for a cough, they told her she had covid ! Wrong again brought her to er she needed a pace maker I am not a doctor but Wow . This place needs to be shut down!!

Expect to be here for hours for simple procedures. This clinic takes longer than others. Work screening should not take hours!! Ruined my entire afternoon. Terrible experience. Clearly people's time is not their priority.

I strongly advise not to go to this clinic. My experience was disappointing and felt like a clear case of being taken advantage of. After receiving standard care, my bill reflected a shocking amount, 6x higher than what other reputable clinics charge for the same services. It was disguised in the amount of additional "lab fees".
