Very friendly receptionist. Checked in quickly just in 10 minutes we got to see the doctor. The nurse was so kind and very good at translating.
They took me in 20 mins, and everyone was so so friendly. Had such a great experience. They were able to prescribe me antibiotics and I received them within 10 minutes. Will def be going back when I am not feeling well. So much better than the ER!!
Melissa and her team were great from the start. My dad slipped on ice and we went on for X-rays and staples to his head. Our visit was easy and quick.

Another terrible experience ! Though after1st time in 2024 they would have a better docotor but no I was wrong brought my mother in for a cough, they told her she had covid ! Wrong again brought her to er she needed a pace maker I am not a doctor but Wow . This place needs to be shut down!!

Expect to be here for hours for simple procedures. This clinic takes longer than others. Work screening should not take hours!! Ruined my entire afternoon. Terrible experience. Clearly people's time is not their priority.

I strongly advise not to go to this clinic. My experience was disappointing and felt like a clear case of being taken advantage of. After receiving standard care, my bill reflected a shocking amount, 6x higher than what other reputable clinics charge for the same services. It was disguised in the amount of additional "lab fees". When I tried to resolve the issue at the clinic, I was referred to billing who let me know they would review it and get back to me. The 5300 S Long Ave the young lady with the dreadlocks didn't even try to see if myself or my daughter was in the system . She claimed the information goes away ,which it doesn't I came to a location 10 minutes away from that one and she got us in just fine . It's unfortunate that they are still hiring lazy individuals to work in healthcare

I went to the 5961 N Lincoln Ave #102, Chicago, IL 60659 location on February 2, 2025 and had a terrible experience. The front desk person was rude and pushy! They are MOST definitely concerned about making money off of you rather than treating a patient with care and respect!!!! I asked if they could take a look at 2 problems I had but said they would only treat one. Then suggested it was a workman's comp issue but it wasn't and I was required to make another appointment to collect more money rather treating me at the time... read more
