I went to the 5961 N Lincoln Ave #102, Chicago, IL 60659 location on February 2, 2025 and had a terrible experience. The front desk person was rude and pushy! They are MOST definitely concerned about making money off of you rather than treating a patient with care and respect!!!! I asked if they could take a look at 2 problems I had but said they would only treat one. The place has you select an appointment time online and suggests you sit outside until they text you it's time to come in. Then they proceed to have you wait in the waiting room and office before being seen. Went on a slow Friday for something very routine. It is Tuesday evening and still have yet to get a call with test results. When I called, the not so friendly person answering the phone said they were very busy but hopes to get to the results somewhat soon. That was yesterday. Still no call back. called earlier today to ask if they accepted my sons insurance and spoke to someone who had a bad attitude and seemed bothered by my questions. as someone who also works at an urgent care this was a very unprofessional way to answer the phone

This place is ridiculously stupid. They tried to charge me an initial registration fee of new co-pays and other pre-visits fee for their new online system. When I asked them why they were trying to charge me 160.00 right off the bat without being seen. The ghetto lady told me she couldn't tell me and only directed me to a bar code. They won't see you until you pay the fee. She said the fee can be up to 300 for some patients. Sounds like their new scam. Yea I would stay away.

Urgent Care 60638 , Doctor gave my husband a xray for a bad cough and spitting green phlegm which was a good thing . Not a doctor but green phlegm tells you there is infection. So what does he give him Benzonate that is a presciription olny to ease the cough, was not getting better when I called the receptions to let her know he is not getting better she tells be to give it time ya ok needless to say never got better. this is the most unprofessional clinic !!! the doctor Rafferty B. is highly unprofessional. he does not listen to his patients, he doesn't remember what he tells his patients and when they patients return he goes against their word as if it's a argument . doctor rafferty completely ignored my cries for medical attention multiple times . hor-ri-ble!!!!! do not come here. there's nothing "immediate" about it. 3 hours and i know nothing more about my daughter's over 10 day cough than i did before i walked in here. worse than the er, stay away!

Went here because i had to for a new employment drug test. scheduled a 5pm appointment, didn't get taken back till 535 for a literal 2 minute process. Worst time management i've ever had to deal with. Take yourself to midwest urgent care clinic, in and out.

What the hell is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait until all the walk-ins are seen to be helped? how the fuck does this make any sense. and they only have one person working? and this is supposed to be an immediate care facility?
