Should be zero stars. This company very comfortably stole money from me and my insurance company, avoid this place at all costs. Told me they would be honoring a warranty for my services considering it was my second appointment for the same issue (that they did not help me with on the first appointment) did not charge me for my visit during time of appointment, I even personally made sure to ask about costs as I entered and left their facility, and they all told me they had a warranty and because it was my second appointment... read more

Terrible service. They seem to not care about you or your reservation. I will never go here again and I recommend you don't either.

Please, if you don't have the staff then don't take appointments. Here was my timeline at the Mount Prospect location today: 6:30a - made my online appointment for 12:05p. 11:24a - checked in, told there was "a long wait time", but I figured I would wait since I was already in line, parked myself in lobby 12:05p - scheduled time came and went 1:35p - called to back, seen by nurse, test swabs "take about 10 minutes for results," wait in room to be seen by provider 2:35p - haven't seen anyone for an hour, so I step out of th... read more
