I walked into the clinic at 7 PM and was greeted warmly and professionally by Melissa at the front desk. I had cut my finger slicing vegetables and it was bleeding a lot. I was taken in quickly and treated so kindly and professionally by Maggie and Ashley. I was so grateful to them for their care and I can’t say enough about how well I was treated there
Went to Physicians Immediate Care in Mt Prospect on a Sunday. I was very impressed with all of the staff -- from front desk, to medical assistant to doctor. All were extremely pleasant, informative, and helpful and understanding staff They even sent a follow-up text checking on my condition and even provided a phone if I had any questions. No long wait! Very clean facility! I highly recommend Physicians Immediate Care!

I was very pleased with my “walk-in” this past Sunday evening. The registration process was quick and easy with my wait time being less than 30-minutes. All the staff members that I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I also found the triage nurse and doctor to be easy to talk to and very thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.
My experience yesterday was both professional & friendly from the time I entered to the time I left. Everyone was courteous & kind & explained all that they were going to do. My symptoms were taken seriously as well as treatments given. Special thanks to Amber, Brie, Maggie, Jessica & Natalie for being so helpful w/ a special touch of humor. Thank You Ladies, Annie Bang
