I had an amazing experience at this walk-in clinic! I arrived just 15 minutes before closing, but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and I was seen right away. Dr. Kayleigh was outstanding--professional, caring, and thorough. My sister went there for a cat bite and they did everything in a professional manner with medication and clear explanation of what she needed to do.. I have been there several times and they handled all the situations very well.

fabulous ! I was fortunate to come in at a good time when it was not crowded. I had cut my leg and the PA, Vickie, did an incredible job. some of the skin was partially avulsed off, it was a gouge in my leg. and she used stitches like she was a plastic surgeon.
If you like waiting,rude staff,unclear instructions,then you'll love this place. If you still decide to come here,and fall victim to your bad choice of selecting here feel free to add to my review.

front desk lady sat on her phone and would not help me. I wasnt seen til 30 minutes after my appointment. overall a mess and well not be returning

Staff are not very accommodating especially those in front desk. They were not very nice, the way they deal with patients. I have gone to some immediate care clinics but these people should learn proper customer relations manner. Not recommending this clinic.

Waste of money. I went in on a Saturday (no wait) with an on-line reservation. They did a Covid test and flu test - negative. Gave me some cough syrup and cough pills. Turns out I had bronchitis, inner and outer ear infection. This place is a waste of time and money.

Sick for 15 days and 3 visits later no diagnosis. No recommendations. Had a confirmed appt 24 hours prior to arrival only told to reschedule or wait 2-3 hours to be seen. DONT GO HERE. Better care elsewhere

Should be zero stars. This company very comfortably stole money from me and my insurance company, avoid this place at all costs. Told me they would be honoring a warranty for my services considering it was my second appointment for the same issue (that they did not help me with on the first appointment) did not charge me for my visit during time of appointment, I even personally made sure to ask about costs as I entered and left their facility, and they all told me they had a warranty and because it was my second appointment... read more
