I had a great experience, everyone was caring and attentive to my needs. I was in and out within an hour. My concerns and questions were all answered and I was treated according to my symptoms.

Lots of appointment times available in short notice, saw me with zero wait time, and PA Gerry was warm, kind, professional, and had me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this location and would use them again in the future!

Elizabeth, the PA at Physicians Immediate Care gave us the best experience I think we've ever had with a healthcare provider. My son went in for an X-Ray, and ended up needing an MRI. She made sure we got a same day appointment and even provided us with her contact info to make sure we didn't have any troubles at the hospital. She was fantastic. Best service ever. We are very grateful.
This is my one & only urgent care go-to! I was told my wait would be 60-90 minutes and given an explanation yet waited only 25 minutes as walk-in. Visit took 15 minutes and didn't seem rushed. I was relieved my issue was not serious - primary care couldn't see me for 3 weeks. Staff was friendly and facility appeared clean. They would have earned the fifth star if I had observed anyone doing hand hygiene. There wasn't even a trash can in exam room for used paper towels. [NEVER use the Hanover Park location.]
Staff is awesome very polite the young lady in front and the nurse that took me back where very professional Dr Gerald was awesome and very attentive. 5 stars . Went in for a physical that took no longer than an hour Very well with their time.
I'm very grateful for this new location, as it's quite close to my home. The receptionist was very nice, and was honest with me that they had a cut finger trauma come in that would push my appointment time back by about 30 minutes. It ended up being 80 minutes after checking in (60 minutes after my appointment time) that they called me back. After getting vitals and tests taken, it was about a 40 minute wait for the PA. I came in for persistent stomach pain. The attending physician did not do anything just use his stethoscope on my chest over my (??) and after that told me to go to ER because we do not have machine for MRI, CT , etc. Did not even check where the pain is or suggest any pain reliever to take. Then after couple of weeks their billing department entered a transactions in my bank account for the bill without my permission plus I got a paper statement also in the mail. Dr Greg misdiagnosed and didn't do any tests but sent me off with an antibiotic that made me worse. ended up in the emergency room. DON'T GO HERE!
