We had a really great experience. We were a walk in patient and had a really breezy check in process. We didn’t wait long at all to be seen and then we were taken care of pretty quickly. The nurses and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend if your doctor is closed or you need an immediate care to help with any medical needs.
I had a terrible nights sleep due to a suspected UTI. I went somewhere else as soon as they opened but was told a Dr wouldn’t be in for an hour. I went to Physicians Immediate Care right when they opened, and I was assisted immediately! The staff and doctor are amazing, professional, friendly and upbeat! This was by far the smoothest doctor appointment I experienced at an urgent care or immediate care facility. Staff was wonderful from the front desk receptionist to the nurse to one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. Outstanding!
Very nice people there. Doctor was great. Took her time with me. Got chest X-rays & found out I had pneumonia. I even had an Albuterol treatment for my breathing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this immediate care clinic. Despite scheduling an appointment for an infant ahead of time, we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours without being seen. When I asked the front desk about the delay, they explained that they intentionally book multiple patients at the same time, knowing prior appointments will carry over.
