I made an appt for 840 for severe rib pain. They made me sit out in the waiting area until 940 didnt take vitals didnt make sure i wasnt having a heart attack. Took me back and misread an xray they took. They said i had a mass in my lungs and had to go to er. Didnt give me any paperwork, also wouldnt answer the phone or return calls later. Dont expect any emails with any follow up info. They wont send it. Please if you care about your health dont go here. Worst health care experience from start to finish
I am forced to come here because of my job request. I had an appointment, and with an appointment, I am waiting for two additional hours. I have yet to even get my vitals read. I went to the Elk Grove Village office yesterday and was waiting for over 3 1/2 hours until I was told that they probably wouldn't be able to see me with all the DOT patients. So I waited for nothing and now I am waiting again when the website says thirty minutes. Hope I don't fall asleep
Yo I'm stuck in room 3 as I'm writing this right now. You took my vitals ONE HOUR AGO, this room is filthy on the floor and all I'm hearing is cokin' & jokin' amongst the four staff members outside. When I opened the door and gave you a confused look, you read my body language by saying, "oh we haven't forgotten about you. We just have one physician right now. Sorry." Well that explains it. Had a appointment for 3 immunizations I need for work. Waited over an hour to get them. Why take appointments if they can't accommodate them?! I could see having to wait if I didn't have an appointment but seriously!! This is definitely not immediate!!! Unfortunately this is where my company sent me so I had to use them.
