Got to my appointment early, seen early after check in. I had a bad cough after all of my coworkers got pneumonia. I got an xray after telling them that and of course I had pneumonia. The individuals I interacted with were so nice and sweet. It seemed like they really cared that I was not feeling my best and wanted me to get better. I was the only patient that morning. Seen 11/17

I've been to this urgent care several times. Each time the person at reception has been polite, the waiting room clean, and the exam rooms spotless. Every healthcare worker I've interacted with has been professional and helpful.

I came here to get prescriptions extended and after a short exam they did that and helped me out. I was there about an hour overall - mostly "waiting time", but that's the case in most doctor's offices. Nothing "spectacular" but overall the service was pretty acceptable.

Quality of care has steeply gone down since they opened. Wait times are worse than going to the ER, even after scheduling an appointment online. My last experience with the NP was awful- I came in with horrible sinus congestion, cough, headache and clogged ears, and after I explained what was going on, she looked at me and asked "why are you even here??" She reluctantly prescribed cough pearls and a nasal spray, which didn't work anyway. I ended up following up with my doctor, because symptoms didn't improve. I've never had ... read more

this place would get a five, but every time I've been there the front desk person is apathetic on the border of being rude. First time I went the front desk gal did not want to be bothered from scrolling and playing games on her phone. Second time I almost told the girl when I walked in last Friday (April 2nd) around 2-230 "sorry to take your attention away from the boob tube!" Horrible quality of care. I called the number on their website and was told I could get a scan. I scheduled an appointment, waited 30 mins still, and then was told they don't do scans. Waste of time. Please just go to the ER. Don't waste your time with these incompetent people. For a place called physicians, they only have MAs and nurses too.

Diagnosed me with Bronchits 11/27, even though I told them my friends had pneumonia and wouldn't Xray me even though I asked. Gave me steroids for that which messed up my immune system. It's 12/8 and I went to a different Urgent Care and got diagnosed with Pneumonia.

Made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and waiting an hour without being seen. There were only two other people in the waiting room on average while I was waiting. After an hour, I asked how long it would be before being seen and the receptionist had no idea. I left. Why have an appointment system if you have no intention of following it, especially if they weren't busy? I'll never revisit this place.

Everything is done on an app that doesn't work, doesn't have options to put in something that doesn't fit the criteria. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get registered. It's ridiculous. There needs to be a contingency method to get people quickly and successfully registered for an appointment instead of through an app that is tremendously flawed. I am very tech savvy but I got so frustrated with the process that I had to leave.
