Everything is done on an app that doesn't work, doesn't have options to put in something that doesn't fit the criteria. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get registered. It's ridiculous. There needs to be a contingency method to get people quickly and successfully registered for an appointment instead of through an app that is tremendously flawed. I am very tech savvy but I got so frustrated with the process that I had to leave.
Horrible made appointment online waiting almost 2hours.. only 1 doctor for 10 patients..
Went here around 11 a.m. after calling to see if they take walk-ins. The receptionist wasn't friendly at all however, she provided me with a link to fill out my paperwork virtually. Nonetheless, I informed her I did not have a physical copy of my insurance and she asked what company was it for. I told her and advised I had a printout of my insurance info. She said that was fine and asked me to write down the provider number take a picture of it upload this to my file and proceed. I did exactly that. Then a guy came. Drippin... read more
The service is terrible. Beginning with the unfriendly receptionist. We waited over 40 minutes. I think communication is important, especially when you're feeling crappy, so it would've been nice of the staff to communicate delays and short staffing with us. The Nurse Practitioner was ok but not warm or welcoming like the staff at the Garfield Ridge location. Won't be back.
