I have a special needs child who isn’t always the easiest patient to support but I felt so appreciated when I came here. My son had a case of pink eye and Kayleigh was so kind, patient, and understating of our circumstance when treating him. I took him to a different urgent care before and the experience was never like this. She even gave him a fidget toy to help regulate him. I highly recommend this location.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Exceptionally unprofessional and non-responsive. I'm very ill and they claimed to give me a few prescriptions. They don't do anything and don't answer the phone. I'm at the pharmacy, with nothing. I've been on hold forever... No one answers the phone. I wish I could report them to the police. They took my money and time.
Kayleigh is a pleasant, patient and compassionate physician. For the first time in a long time, I felt the same quality care as if I was visiting my primary care physician. I hope she stays at this location long term, as it’s comforting to know we were in good hands with a great doc nearby!
We've gone to this location a few times without problems. So, I made an appointment this morning and registered for 640 pm. Get there at 633pm and the doors are closed? Really you couldn't tell me the office was closed so I could go elsewhere!? I received texts advising when my appointment was and that I was registered. Then you have the nerve to text me that I missed my appt!? Please update your hours and notify your patients!!
The nurse practioner was the best. I had more care from her than i do from my primary dr. I was here previously another npc and i felt a bit left to wait alot to get a wound and checkout handled. But todays visit was great in dealing w npc. I do suggest that if xrays are needed that its an option to select when making appt. I neexed xray and had to wait 1 hr for a tech. Easier if i can schedule xray online and avoid wait.
