I visited Physicians Immediate Care in Elk Grove Village, IL while there on work and they did a fantastic job getting me in and out with the care that I needed! Dr. Kayleigh Persino and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and beyond professional during the whole process. I hope I never have to go there again🤣 but if I do, I will look forward to seeing them again!
I NEVER leave reviews but my experience here was so incredibly horrible that I just had to say something. I was there recently for a small hand injury. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. I get there at the scheduled time and check in. I wasn’t even called back to get vitals or anything until 10:45, over an hour later. Finally, they let me into the room, and took some basic patient information. I’d have thought that now since I’m in the back room it would finally start to go a lot quicker, right? Nope! Although convenient, and I like the staff, I have been trying to get a doctor's note for my son for school for WEEKS now and no one answers a phone or email. I have tried contacting them numerous times and I did receive a reply asking to confirm some information in order to get the note, but now it's been over a week since I've heard anything. I will be going to another location in the future to guarantee better contact between patient and facility.
On Wednesday 11/06/2024 I had an unexpected and disappointing experience at Physician Immediate Care, located at 1420 Busse Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. I visited for the first time after experiencing an allergic reaction while in class. I promptly scheduled an appointment for 7:50 p.m. and called 15 minutes prior to notify the clinic that I would arrive by 7:52 p.m. However, my call was unanswered. It was so wonderful to find a doctor that will see you, when you don’t have an appointment, and you’re feeling really sick. Sure, I had a way a while, but no longer than other doctors, when you have an appointment. This place is my new favorite!
