I NEVER leave reviews but my experience here was so incredibly horrible that I just had to say something. I was there recently for a small hand injury. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. I get there at the scheduled time and check in. I wasn’t even called back to get vitals or anything until 10:45, over an hour later. Finally, they let me into the room, and took some basic patient information. I’d have thought that now since I’m in the back room it would finally start to go a lot quicker, right? Nope! It was so wonderful to find a doctor that will see you, when you don’t have an appointment, and you’re feeling really sick. Sure, I had a way a while, but no longer than other doctors, when you have an appointment. This place is my new favorite!
Came in on black Friday, making an appointment was quick and easy over the phone. Wait was short and staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. was great and not only prescribed medication but gave advice for other self care remedies as well.
I just visited this location while I was out in the area on Thursday January 8th 2025 and I came in because I wasn't feeling well they did a test on me sent the test out to the lab I got the results back on Friday the day after I called them multiple times left multiple emails checked online seeing if they was even open that following Saturday on the 11th of January 2025 they still did not answer phone calls or respond to emails so I drove back up to the location Which is far away from where I actually live to find out that ... read more
I had a great experience with Physicians Immediate care in Elk Grove Village. The staff is friendly and professional. The care provider listened to ailments and did an x-ray to relieve my stress. I was taken in right away and did not have to sit there all day. Thank you!
