I’m here from out of town and came unfortunately to Illinois with a cold, that quickly turned into a sinus infection. Not knowing any Drs. here I was looking for an urgent care facility and came across Physicians, immediate care, because it’s close to where I’m staying. The staff were very helpful as I’ve never telemed before. How convenient I might add. I like that aspect a lot. This was my first time setting foot into an immediate care facility, but I was blown away by the service my daughter and I received. I have a 3 year old that had to be “checked out” before she could return to daycare the following day. NP Kayleigh was nothing short of amazing. Her entire demeanor during my daughter’s exam was almost inspirational. To see people at work that really care about their job is hard to come by these days!!! I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I was attended to during my intake by Dr. Beth. She showed genuine concern and care for my health, which significantly impacted my experience. Even after I left the facility, she took the time to call and check on me, and it meant so much to know that she was thinking of my well-being. Dr Faustmann was professional, promptly gave me a diagnosis and was incredibly helpful with getting me to the right surgeon and on my way. Because of her, I was able to get surgery the same day before my issue got worse. She even gave me a follow up call the next day which I appreciate so much. It took about an hour to be seen by the doctor which is faster than other urgent care centers I've been too in the past. I'm so grateful to the Dr and her team!
They're always here for us whenever we need them. Making an appointment was easy and fast. I was taken in before my scheduled time. The doctor and the team were super friendly. My husband also visits this place from time to time and always have had a positive experience.
