One star because it was easy to make an appt online. My daughter was sick with a sore throat and congestion. I made her an appt for the morning the night before. We get there and they do a strep and Covid test, blood pressure and temperature. We should've walked out when the person who took her temperature (which was the receptionist) said her temperature was 96.2. I waited for over 1 hour my appt scheduled. Doctors office are awful late. If we are late or cancel we have consequences. How can?
Appointment at 315. Wasn't seen until 530. At 3:15 there were only three people ahead of me. I'm sure they're understaffed or whatever but it's just ridiculous. It's almost one person an hour. Doesn't make any sense. Avoid this place at all costs. If you're looking for urgent care, I would avoid this place as it should be renamed ' eventually care' or something. Ridiculous
I went to Physicians Immediate care for my kid and paid $100 as co-pay insurance (20% of total fee). My kid is suffering with fever, cough ON and Off since 1 week. I have been giving Tylenol and Mortin since 1 week. But fever and cough are not cured completely. Physician at Immediate Care also suggested to continue the tylenol and mortin for next 3 days, which are already taken by my kid since 1 week. I've been waiting for like 1hr 20 mins the lady didn't tell the whole damn place was packed and my appointment was @9:40 very inconvenient I recommend going to another place

There is nothing "immediate" about Physicians Immediate Care. It clearly says appointment in the text BUT they say you are just put in line at that point. Like WTF?! Appointment was at 110pm. It's 245pm and I'm still waiting!
The worst patient service ever, I've made appointment day before to get to the physician and next day I was waiting extra 50 minutes (in my car) without explanation or apology why it took so long. Appointments do not matter for this facility, AMITA should cancel contract with them.
Scheduled a noon appointment and arrived 15 minutes beforehand as requested, but did not get seen until 1:30pm. Multiple people who arrived after us were checked in earlier than we were. Not sure the point of reservations if they aren't even close to being honored.
