This is an update to my 3/12/2025 review. They replied to my negative review and indicated to email them and they would try to help. I emailed the same day with great detail about my issue. It is over a week later, still no response at all, not even an email confirming they received my email. Clearly this is just a Bot or AI response to pretend like they care when in fact they have absolutely no intention of trying to solve your issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE GROSSLY OVERCHARGED WITH NO RECOURSE!!!!!

Beware seeking treatment here. The care is fine but they completely overcharged me for a 20 minute visit for a fever and sore throat. The charges for this visit prior to insurance were almost $700 which is ridiculous! I still ended up paying over $400 for a short visit, a throat & nasal swab. When I tried to call and question and dispute the charges and how much they were, I was told "the charges were part of my insurance and subject to that deductible." I had a billing concern and called the phone number on the bill. The person that answered referred me to send an email. I sent the email with all the attachments and received automated response that this email box is not monitored and that I need to call the number on the bill. I am really frustrated with the lack of customer service and working with my bank to cancel the payments issued that haven't been cashed by the provider. So yes they will treat you, but god forbid you need to call the billing for any reason.

I called to see if I could get what I needed and lady who answered the phone was very rude. So I didn't even bother going because of that experience.

I called to see if this facility could administer an IV for fluids if one is dehydrated. I was told yes they could IF their doctor sanctioned the procedure. I went in and after meeting with the nurse and the PA, I was told they do not administer fluid intake via IV. I was lied to and wasted lots of time.
