I had a billing concern and called the phone number on the bill. The person that answered referred me to send an email. I sent the email with all the attachments and received automated response that this email box is not monitored and that I need to call the number on the bill. I am really frustrated with the lack of customer service and working with my bank to cancel the payments issued that haven't been cashed by the provider. So yes they will treat you, but god forbid you need to call the billing for any reason.

I called to see if I could get what I needed and lady who answered the phone was very rude. So I didn't even bother going because of that experience.

I called to see if this facility could administer an IV for fluids if one is dehydrated. I was told yes they could IF their doctor sanctioned the procedure. I went in and after meeting with the nurse and the PA, I was told they do not administer fluid intake via IV. I was lied to and wasted lots of time.
