I called in the morning and the lady was a bit stark on the phone and with the reviews- I wasn't too excited to go in BUT they're the only urgent care that was open that also took my medicaid plan. I went in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised! It's very clean and everyone was friendly, patient with me, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Pretty solid urgent care i'll definitely come back if I need anything.
Poor corporate policy regarding “good will” payments. Inconsistent in their enforcement of the policy. Been twice and only had to do it once. Expensive for simply testing which the cost of has dropped significantly since 2022. Would not testing for what symptoms our daughter was experiencing and ran the full line of tests which drove up the cost tremendously. Only use if it’s your only option
Very clean, professional, and quick. Exactly what you would hope an urgent care facility would be like. (Previously given 5 star rating). Then when it came to billing, we never got the bill and it was sent to collections. They had our number and our address and we never received anything. Though my experience was great at the facility, I will not go back.
First of all, two star is my personal experience, I wouldn't necessarily expect everyone to have the same experience. No one was rude to me and the place was clean is the best I can say about my experience. I went in for an infected road rash. Despite how visibly infected it was and how much pain I was in, they prescribed me a light antibiotic. They asked me to come in 2 days later for a follow-up. We had to take our son in for an ear infection after a telehealth doctor failed to diagnose and treat the infection appropriately. The building is clean and well-maintained, staff professional and courteous, wait was short and visit was fast. NP was great with our miserable kid. She listened attentively to the chief complaint and diagnosed and treated.
