Was sent for a physical by employer. Making the appt they said about 40min total. After sitting in waiting room for more than an hour I asked and got an update it would take more than an hour for my physical (which is fine)- but the communication was overall terrible. I had to leave to get kids from school- when I got in the car they’re still up on maps and I give 1 star. I had made an appt for my son to have a sports physical on a Wednesday evening. We showed up 10 mins prior to the appt, checked in and sat down. Receptionist was on the phone and once she hung up she announced that two of the patients in the waiting room would be seen and everyone else would need to GET OUT as she had an EMERGENCY! Stop by on Sunday before noon. In and out within an hour. The receptionist, the assistant, and PA Wellehan were competent and professional. Thank you for the care and the clean facility.
This place was quick and clean and definitely able to handle kiddos which I loved. My daughter was complaining of her ear hurting and crying in pain on a Saturday night when nothing was open. They are open until 8 so we were able to make an appointment online and fill out the paperwork online which was very convenient. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
