I took my husband there, he had a huge boil on his back,we had to go home and back. We got Dr Hansa Jawlani, she is best doctor I came a cross in north shore ! Thank you taking care of my husband!

I just left Physicians Immediate Care on S. Milwaukee Ave and I want to say they were awesome! From the receptionist to the assistant to the Nurse Practitioner, they were ALL great! No waiting, very very nice!!

It was my first time coming to this clinic and the lady in the front desk was very helpful and made it an easy process to get registered for my visit. The doctors were very nice and they had clear instruction. I went to get my physical exam and they made it a smooth process.
I had an extremely frustrating and honestly concerning experience here. I came in for a rash on my leg and waited almost two hours, even though there were only 2-3 people in the waiting room. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. What made this worse is that I was misdiagnosed and given a prescription that actually made my condition worse. We brought my son in to get a strep test, made an appointment online. When checking in the front desk lady was so rude, giving one word answers. Same continued when we were put in a room. The nurse/MA told my some were going to take vitals. He's 4, no clue what that means. So unfriendly and just inexperienced

I went in for a strep test because I wasn't feeling well. At first, things seemed fine as I had made a 12 PM appointment, completed my check-in online before I got there, and only waited about 15 minutes before being seen by the physician assistant at 12:05. She asked about my symptoms, medical history, performed the strep test, and said results would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Couple of things to consider. First facility: seems like an ADA violation as there is no handicapped entrance w a push pad (really hard to navigate when you're struggle to get inside due to an injury), the doorways barely allow a wheelchair barely which is ripe for further injury, they want you to do everything digitally which is cool if their Wi-Fi worked but it doesn't do here you are in pain snd the registration takes FOREVER. This is an update to my 3/12/2025 review. They replied to my negative review and indicated to email them and they would try to help. I emailed the same day with great detail about my issue. It is over a week later, still no response at all, not even an email confirming they received my email. Clearly this is just a Bot or AI response to pretend like they care when in fact they have absolutely no intention of trying to solve your issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE GROSSLY OVERCHARGED WITH NO RECOURSE!!!!!

Beware seeking treatment here. The care is fine but they completely overcharged me for a 20 minute visit for a fever and sore throat. The charges for this visit prior to insurance were almost $700 which is ridiculous! I still ended up paying over $400 for a short visit, a throat & nasal swab. When I tried to call and question and dispute the charges and how much they were, I was told "the charges were part of my insurance and subject to that deductible."
