This place was quick and clean and definitely able to handle kiddos which I loved. My daughter was complaining of her ear hurting and crying in pain on a Saturday night when nothing was open. They are open until 8 so we were able to make an appointment online and fill out the paperwork online which was very convenient. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
This place is incredible! The front desk gal was cheerful, helpful, and very personable. Rochelle, the PA, was outstanding. She made things clear and easy for next steps. The facility itself was clean and bright. Overall fantastic experience!
Appointment scheduling online was very easy. Registration process was also as about as streamlined as you can get with healthcare. Once I arrived, the wait was short. Once in the room, again the wait was short and from then on everything was very professional. Staff was very thorough and personable. I would highly recommend this facility.
I called in the morning and the lady was a bit stark on the phone and with the reviews- I wasn't too excited to go in BUT they're the only urgent care that was open that also took my medicaid plan. I went in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised! It's very clean and everyone was friendly, patient with me, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Pretty solid urgent care i'll definitely come back if I need anything.
They are very friendly and professional. They made me feel very important. I was in and out of the office with no issues or problems. I now recommend them to all my friends. I’m doing much better! Thanks
