As soon as I got into the establishment I was greeted and taken care of quickly. Everyone was attentive from start to finish. Felt comfortable and they gave me a warm blanket when I wasn't feeling well which I appreciated. I was treated quickly, communicated all the information I needed to get better, and didn't wait long. Really grateful for the staff that took care of me during my not so fun time and would return if I have another emergency. Thank y'all!

I came into Physicians Premier Emergency for my little guy who injured his thumb. The experience was 10/10. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and the service was very fast. Dr. Dupree, both of the RNs- Thomas and Fred, radiology tech- Keri, ER tech- Vince and Adrian were all soooo great!!!! The care that they offered my son was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I brought my wife here because she was experiencing severe congestion and coughing. We were seen almost immediately. Dr. Simpson diagnosed the issue and recommended a great treatment plan. We were out of there in an hour. The staff and atmosphere here is outstanding. I highly recommend Physicians Premier Emergency Room on Potranco for your emergency and urgent care needs.

We were out of town guests staying nearby when my eight year old daughter slipped and fell on a playground, bumping her head. This seemingly typical childhood incident turned into an emergency when she started showing signs of a concussion and we were pointed to the direction of this emergency room. She was immediately taken back for a CT scan and was provided zofran for her nausea. The provider spent a great amount of time discussing symptoms and plan of care with me. A skull fracture couldn't be ruled out, but a follow up ... read more

Aside from my chest pain, visiting this ER was a treat! The waiting room is calm and serene, the staff is amazing. Blake got us back quickly and I was attended by Fred, Vince and Freddie, who couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They also put me at ease; more like a conversation than interrogation. Dr DiCosimo was attentive and explained everything clearly without condescension. The whole team worked quickly and they all had the attitude of people who love what they do. They turned what could've been a scary eveni... read more
