I brought my wife here because she was experiencing severe congestion and coughing. We were seen almost immediately. Dr. Simpson diagnosed the issue and recommended a great treatment plan. We were out of there in an hour. The staff and atmosphere here is outstanding. I highly recommend Physicians Premier Emergency Room on Potranco for your emergency and urgent care needs.

We were out of town guests staying nearby when my eight year old daughter slipped and fell on a playground, bumping her head. This seemingly typical childhood incident turned into an emergency when she started showing signs of a concussion and we were pointed to the direction of this emergency room. She was immediately taken back for a CT scan and was provided zofran for her nausea. The provider spent a great amount of time discussing symptoms and plan of care with me. Aside from my chest pain, visiting this ER was a treat! The waiting room is calm and serene, the staff is amazing. Blake got us back quickly and I was attended by Fred, Vince and Freddie, who couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They also put me at ease; more like a conversation than interrogation. Staff during my original visit was amazing. Wonderful beside manner, very calm experience, considering I was there for an emergency. Very thorough staff. Especially Carlos and Tanesha.
