We were out of town guests staying nearby when my eight year old daughter slipped and fell on a playground, bumping her head. This seemingly typical childhood incident turned into an emergency when she started showing signs of a concussion and we were pointed to the direction of this emergency room. Dr. Le and his staff were wonderful and took care of my issue promptly and professionally. Was in and out in no time. Facility was clean and welcoming.
Staff during my original visit was amazing. Wonderful beside manner, very calm experience, considering I was there for an emergency. Very thorough staff. Especially Carlos and Tanesha.
Prompt attention and efficient care. Helpful and understanding throughout the entire visit. Very glad they were available and will def use again if/when needed. Highly recommend

We have been here several times in the last year and every time has been great (despite the reasons for our visits) the staff is fantastic. From Larissa greeting us and getting our paperwork started, Andy, Lex, and Rick had great bedside manners and were incredibly helpful. Super friendly and prompt staff. Actually listened to what was going on with me And treated promptly! This will now be my number one choice ER for any future emergencies.
Went in right after being rear ended. The doctor talked to me for 3 minutes, did nothing to check me out, and told me to go to the doctor if I felt bad the next day. He, then, had a longer discussion, after giving me a Google review card, about how they were new and needed all the Google reviews they could get, and asked me to give them one. The bill ended up being, almost, $4000.00!! Well, here is your $4000.00 review!! I would not go back to this place!!

$24,015 billed to our insurance for an X-ray and some stitches. This is everything that is wrong with US healthcare. As for quality of service, the suture work itself was shoddy and we were told to go ahead and remove them ourselves instead of coming back in. It stopped the bleeding but a big bandaid probably could've done the same.
