The doctor did absolutely nothing. Told since I tested negative for Covid and Flu nothing was wrong with me. I know from past experience I have a Sinus infection. Had the symptoms furca week and blowing green snot. A complete joke.

I attempted to make an appointment for insomnia with my primary care doctor. The next appointment was next week, and I feel awful. I made an appointment at urgent care to try to get some help. After waiting longer than I should have, a lady comes in I believe named Mary. I have no idea if she was a PA or doctor. She explained that UC cannot prescribe anything for insomnia and suggested I see my primary care doctor s d take over the counter meds (that obviously have not helped or I would not be at urgent care). Was seen an hour after scheduled appointment time, people who came in after were seen first. NP and nurses were friendly. Front desk was rude, acted bothered to do their job. Won’t be back.
I had a really bad asthma exacerbation, called Piedmont to ask if they accepted walk-in patients (originally from NY). The Representative on the phone stated, "sure" I arrived and the intake person said, I had to wait 4 hours because it was one doctor. Please, medical representatives; communication is imperative! Thank God for Undeniable in Fairburn! I was treated with the utmost care and treatment!
