Office staff was welcoming and attentive upon arrival, and though seemingly short staffed, all medical personnel were kind, cheerful, and friendly. As usual, the care I received was top notch. Thank y’all so much!

Although no one enjoys being at urgent care, my experience, besides waiting a little longer with a reservation, was 9/10 stars. The entire staff, starting with check-in, to obtaining vitals, and finally meeting the provider was awesome. Dr. Angela-Hayes Boucher was great and had very good bedside manners She didn’t make me feel rushed and took her time to answer any questions. The Chapel Hill location in Douglasville was awesome. Thanks.

We were seen in a timely manner. The staff was knowledgeable and thorough. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could get our prescriptions in office and for a reasonable price before we left. Very convenient. We will be back when we have a need.
