Pierre was extremely helpful in refinancing my home mortgage. From the time I first contacted him throughout the whole process Pierre was always very responsive and patient with all of my questions. He walked me through various scenarios to make sure we come up with the best option. My husband and I worked with Pierre on a recent house purchase, and it could not have gone better. He was extremely thorough, and worked with us to turn around an offer quickly, patiently answering our many questions throughout. Pierre was amazing, so patient & calm throughout the whole process. California real estate deals can be very quick, Pierre was fast & responsive. We discovered through this process that you can potentialy risk a deal if you do not have the right team backing you to move the purchase process forward to close on time. Pierre is definitely the guy you want on your team.

This was the first of many transactions I will do with Pierre. As a real estate agent, and buyer in the deal we just closed on Pierre was available by phone and email for the whole process. When there was a snag in the final stage of the loan Pierre worked really hard to extend our interest rate and make sure the lender moved forward in the paper work so we could close in the a lotted time we needed. I would expect you will the same feeling when you work with Pierre at Terra Mortgage.

I've worked with Pierre twice now, and will again. My realtor's first choice mortgage broker was a really nice guy, but just couldn't make it all come together. Granted, there were some situational challenges, but the additional hoops and delays were frustrating and the whole deal was looking shaky. Pierre stepped in and made the process easier, enjoyable and, most importantly, effective. I highly recommend Pierre.
